Operational Trainer
“I arrived in London in 2014 and I was looking for a job and a place to live. I met someone who was working for Pure and wanted a flatmate. My English was not very good and I was lacking in confidence but nevertheless Pure gave me the chance and took me in.
Within 2 months I was promoted to Trainer, helping the new team members to learn and follow our standards. I then became an Assistant Manager and now work with the People Team. I have been in Pure for almost 5 years, but I am glad to said that I met a lot of nice people from whom I’ve learnt a lot!”

We pay £8.71* at entry level and after 12 weeks of joining us you will be on £9.00* per hour as a Team Member Plus. Become one of our specialist Gurus and earn a minimum of £9.25*. Our Supervisors earn a minimum of £9.70* per hour.

Sustainability
Pure also leads the way on sustainability. We have free, still and sparkling filtered water for all our customers, which saved over 30,000 plastic water bottles in 2018 alone. Pure is also the only brand where more than 10% of our customers use reusable cups for their hot drinks, saving more than 100,000 cups a year
